Overview
Cracks filled through the full depth, not just covered
A surface filler hides a crack. Injection fills it from the back of the crack to the face, so it either bonds the concrete back together or seals it against water.
AWS Services has carried out crack injection on freeway barriers, tunnels, water recycling plants, and bio-reactors, as well as basements, lift pits, and slabs in commercial and strata buildings. Our technicians undergo continuous training to stay up to date with industry practices and technologies.
AWS Services was founded in 2000 by Director Carlos Abreu, who still manages operations today. Every project is backed by a team with experience across the civil, construction, and remedial sectors.

Common questions
The questions we get asked most. Can’t see yours? Call 1300 665 325.
Epoxy or polyurethane: which is right?
Epoxy restores strength, so it suits structural cracks. Polyurethane reacts with water and expands, so it suits leaking cracks. Some cracks need both.
Can you inject a crack that is leaking now?
Yes. Polyurethane injection is designed to seal cracks with water running through them, and fast-setting water plugs can stop flowing leaks first.
Does it need excavation?
Usually not. Injection is done from the face we can reach, so basements, pits, and walls can be sealed from the inside.
Will the crack come back?
An injected crack is usually stronger than the concrete around it. If the structure is still moving, the cause needs fixing too, which is why we look at it first.
