AWS Services has been engaged to complete critical joint remediation works on Bio-Reactor No. 1 and Bio-Reactor No. 2. This project involves the removal and replacement of existing joint sealing systems, concrete repairs, and high-pressure epoxy injection to restore structural integrity and ensure long-term durability.

The scope includes the removal of existing Combiflex SG Tape and joint sealants, surface preparation, and concrete patch repairs. New joint sealing systems, including Nitoseal SC600 with Fosroc Primer No. 13 and Sikadur-Combiflex SG Tape are installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Additional works involve high-pressure injection of epoxy resin to repair cracks, application of fast-setting water plugs for leak repairs and extensive sealing of floor joints, walls, and dividing sections.

AWS Services is performing these works under strict confined space entry and height safety protocols, utilizing specialized equipment such as gas detectors, safety harnesses, and mobile scaffolding.
