The time it takes for an interior fit-out to be completed depends on the projects size and complexity, smaller fit-outs can be done within a few weeks while projects larger in size can take up to several months. AWS will provide a schedule at the start of the works to inform the client of the time the project will take. If there are no delays the project will finish around the time the schedule is stated to be completed.

A standard fit-out generally follows a layout that has been pre-designed and uses common materials and finishes. Contrary to a standard fit-out, a bespoke custom interior design is tailored to the client’s needs, preferences and their brand identity. AWS is able to offer both options depending on the budget of the project and the project scope.
