AWS Services completed specialist structural crack injection works at AGL’s West Kiewa Power Station and Clover Power Station in Mount Beauty, Victoria, restoring the integrity and durability of critical concrete infrastructure. Working within an operational hydroelectric facility, our team carefully assessed and prepared existing concrete cracks before installing injection ports and sealing the crack surfaces. The Fosroc Nitofill PU150 System was then pressure injected to penetrate and seal the cracks, preventing water ingress and reinstating the structural performance of the concrete. Once the polyurethane injection material had fully cured, all injection ports were removed and the surface was reinstated using Fosroc Nitomortar AP, providing a durable and aesthetically finished repair. Throughout the project, AWS Services adhered to strict safety, quality, and environmental requirements while working in confined plant areas alongside operational equipment. The completed repairs provide long-term protection against moisture ingress, helping extend the service life and reliability of this critical power generation infrastructure.
