AWS Services reinstated 598m2 of roof with new klip lock system for Glen Eira Council. With safety barriers set up, AWS supplied and installed roof sheets, skylights, Gutters, flashing and down pipes.
AWS Services supplied and installed over 200 lineal meters of new box gutter to replace the existing with appropriate falls as per Australian Standards. This was installed inclusive of stop ends, fixings, sealants, flashings, and expansion joints.
Our technicians can replace an entire roofing system. From setting up safety barrier system, removing insulation and roof sheet, we upgraded roofing system at Mackie Reserve with new insulation and Surfmist Kliplock roof.
When the shopping centre experienced a serious water leakage problem, AWS services stepped up to provide an effective system for the leakage. Our technicians removed existing flashing & sealants from the glass roof. We designed and installed a new waterproof flashing and sealing system to go between glass roof panels.
